house repossession getting services reconnected?

i have just bought a repossessed house and obviously i have no electricity gas or water flicking the trip up still doesn’t turn the power on what do i do next/who do i ring and would i get charged for having everything reconnected
living in uk btw thanks

The house was foreclosed upon, not repo’d.
May even have to pay off old balances before getting services reconnected.
Contact utiities and call them, gas, electric, water, etc.
