How do I sell my House quicker?

I want to sell one of my 4 houses and need to sell it faster. Also, my expedition is getting worse gas mileage since I put 26 inch rims on it. And my wifes mercedes is getting only 18 mpg. Should we put that in the shop, but then she will be left driving our hybrid (which we rarely drive – because we like to waste gas), and everyone will laugh at us. Any advice?

just keep all your cars and your houses….you dont need to worry about gas..you can rent your house out if you need too…

My only advice is for the home; for car advise, go to the car section.
For your home, is it listed through a Realtor?
Is it priced according to what the market says it should bring?
Are you offering any incentives like seller assist or buyer’s agent bonus?

I would leave the Air Conditioning on in all 4 houses all the time to make things more attractive to prospective buyers.
Cut down all the trees and put in a year round heated pool at each house
Throw a house sale party where you serve rare/endangered animals on furniture made from the rainforest trees.

Yes, buy a fifth car and go from an expedition to a Escalade.
