Are there any Grants, Loans or financial help available for women setting up a business in Wales?

Im looking to start my own business in the care sector and would like any information on business management training, recruitment training or courses that are either low cost or free, i live in Cardiff, Wales?

Although these are based in England, they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Depending on your age and circumstances you could try the prices trust as they offer very good advise support and courses that are free of charge if you qualify for their help.
If you need other advise try business link they are excellent too.
