Does anyone have a spell so that a house gets sold quicker? Only non-harmfull and good spells please?

My life is stuck in a rut cause of this house , the quicker it gets sold the faster i can move on and it will be financialy better. I don’t want anything that will harm anyone so it must be pure.

I know of a Catholic “spell” for selling a house. You get a statue of St. Joseph (you know, Mary’s husband) and bury it upside down in the front yard.

Here is something to try out:
You bury a statue of St. Joseph (not sure, but any Saint might do). There seem to be many different versions of where and how to bury it, so pick your favorite on the internet.
At least it won’t do any harm and it might make you feel better.
Getting a different real estate agent may also work.

Bury an iron nail under the front steps and sprinkle salt on the threshold. If you want to throw a little Catholic mojo into the mix bury an upside down St. Joe statue in the garden.

I’ve been summoned.
Let’s see. You need to see what comparable houses are selling for in your area. You need to de-clutter your home. (I’m not saying your house is messy, just that it’s easier for buyers to see the house without the distractions. Plus make sure you don’t have too much furniture in the rooms which will make it look smaller) Smells are really important to. If the house smells like dogs and or cats you will need to get that fixed. If you know someone is coming to see the house bake something like brownies or cookies. If you can’t do that then find a candle with a great scent like baked cookies or french vanilla. Wall colors should be neutral. You may love the color but everybody else might hate what you’ve chosen. Make sure the outside of the house and yard look good. People will assume that if the outside is messy then that’s how you keep the inside too.
If you have a realtor have them get feedback on the house.
I’ve heard of the St Joseph statue working. I don’t know since I’ve never tried it myself. On a spiritual side of things. Clear your house of negative energy. Play some good soothing music to help with the change in the feel of energy.

I also Appraise etc.
When someone committs suicide in a House that is Being Sold ( In our area ) we must let the buyers know ..as some believe in bad luck omens. or anything dramatic like murder. etc. ( natural death is OK
Some people ( vendors, sellers of the home) believe in buring statues of St. Joseph, ( in order to make the house sell faster. ) HERE IS EVEN A KIT LISTED
Some would have the house blessed for a faster sale.
Some would say prayers for Help in selling their house.
Others would have the Jewish Metsusah on their doors which would protect the home
I dont know any evil spells ( I always wanted to sell the Home for All)
I am Greek Orthodox Katholik and every year I have my house blessed to keep away evil.
Thats the only good Tiding I know for a House.
Perhaps you should further ask the leaders of your faith
