What does it means a house for rent that is partially funded by a corporate grant?
ByI want to rent a house and this is the info i found on it they do not ask for my credit check due to be partially funded by a corporate grant what is this ? and how should i proceed???

I don’t think you have anything to worry about..as long as the house is decent. My guess is that the grant helped to build the home. The government gives out grants to build homes in areas that do not have “affordable houses” in the area. If you have questions, just call the landlord. I’m sure they will be happy to answers all questions.
