Why do people migrate to US and UK from India while there is severe recession in these countries?

If money is not the reason then what attracts them. Or they are still able to get jobs there in spite of recession.

Because there are plenty of people there still selling the dream
and plenty of gullible people that believe it .. Migrating at the moment is a fools game

Because this recession shall not last beyond two years. in twenty years UK and US will again be top notch.

It is only a guess, but i think for the UK it might be……………………..
Free medical treatment by a top doctor if needed. A state pension for everyone. Free bus travel for the old or disabled. Financial help for the poor or disabled people. Not enough staff to check passports
For the US it might be……………..

MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL…ITS AS SIMPLE AS EVER..
we very well know for luxury,foriegn tag,citizenship,indians are crazy and lazy,they will do things beyond limits.so recession is not a matter.

congress/UPA , who run the governments mostly, by word and deeds, create always a sense of insecurity, security threats, injustice in the public affairs and crimes, adamant anti social behaviour etc., which create unlivable conditions in India. The media multiplies the fear complex by reckless reporting of even normal developments. As living in foreign countries make them not to bother about the surroundings, they migrate to anywhere.

Money will attract them.Even in the recession they are able to pay more than what we excepted.

If you know what India looks like, you won’t be surprised that people would do anything to come to the U.S.
The poverty is beyond your imagination, the land is basically untidy and unhealthy.

Everybody can make money every where even during recession… So it really doesn’t matter where they go. What’s important is how strong is your mind, your goal and your drive. If it’s strong enough, you can handle recession and get a job anywhere in the world…
