sure the tories were great for the countries economy- not like anyone needed jobs those days. At least the guys that bought shares in our privatised services had something to live off. Idiot

To answer your question a recession normally happens when lots of economists start predicting it (self fulfilling prophecy). Theres now a very good living for economists who tell us that we’re all totally f***ked, shame they didnt tell us when we could’ve done something about it.
