Any business venture is going to take time and effort to make it work. I mean,you’re not just going to set it up and let it run itself while you sit there with your feet up on a desk.
Businesses come and go,but if you’ve got a quality product or service,your cusomers will frequent your business. But if you’re one of those,”I’ll make more profit if I scrimp here and there to save money”,then it will show.

You spend sufficient time on internet. You are intelligent and have good IT knowledge. Why don’t you start an online business.
Start with a website which is of great interest to your potential visitors. Monetize it with Google Adsense program.
I will not suggest you to believe in any get rich scheme. A good business needs investment, time, hardword and systematic approach.

Obviously the spammers don’t care about the question, just getting their link posted out there. You are looking for a franchise type business and about the best suggestion I could make is that you do a search on franchises. I don’t think there are many out there that start out less than $20k, but there again, have not looked in a long time.
