I need true info on tax lien sales for houses. you know buy and no mouthly payments (John Beck)
I have the opp to get my 4 grandchildren but need a house. I live in MH now to small and no where for them to play.

Never buy an house QUICK. Take a calm measured approach or you’ll regret it.

I would call your local government agency’s and ask when and where their having tax deed sale or tax lien sale auctions. Or you could also look into purchasing homes that are in foreclosure or short sale homes. Call a real estate agent and explain your situation I’m sure they be able to you out.

You might be better off finding a home that you can rent with an option to purchase. Some builders have idle inventory that they need to cover so this is a real possibility and can happen quickly.
