Im about to sell my first house. Any tips?

We are very excited about selling our first house. As we’ve never sold a house before, we dont really know what to expect, what we should do etc.
We have totally renovated our house, gutted the entire inside. Its basically brand new inside. Very modern but its still small.
Do you have tips that will make our house sell quicker and for more?

I buried the statue upside facing the street and by the for sale sign about 3 weeks ago, and I haven’t had anyone come to my house yet . has anyone tried this before if so how long did it take to sell your house.

I lost my job a year ago, i’ve been struggling since. A credit card has put a lien on my house and now I have no choice but to sell the house and can’t pay off the credit card lien. Can I sell or no? I either have to sell or there will be a foreclosure on the house. I don’t know what to do, is there anyone who can tell me what to do? Thx

a home owner passed away and there is a co-signer on the property. I would like to know if the estate can take the co-signer to court if the co-signer does not want to sell the property because there were outstanding arrears on the mortgage that the co-signer had paid for. How do you buy out the estate if this is possible?

sounds like a ripple affect. this guys loses his house to the bank is the same guy going to go to a different bank to buy a new home? nope is credit is bad now .who is the banks going to sell the home to? that was so quick to foreclose to ? and why is the government giving money the banks that wont finance to the guy that lost his home from the other bank?

What is a Quick Sell? Help! This is a house we want to buy?

We were going to buy this house from our uncle and then there were more mortgages on the house that we didn’t know about.
The bank called last night and wants to do a Quick Sell. What are we in for? Will they be selling for less than what is owed? They want us to call a realtor and get it appraised. Why? Wouldn’t our loan officer/ bank do this anyways?
Sorry if this is confusing. My uncles house is getting forclosed on, and we were going to buy it from him. Now they (his bank) want to do a Quick Sell to us. Should we do this?
His bank called us knowing we wanted to buy the house 3 or 4 times trying to get us to pay $645 to keep it out of foreclosure. We said no way! That isn’t our bill!
