will i be able to get a mortgage again in the future if my home is repossessed?

I am struggling to keep up my mortgage payments (due to health problems and loss of job) and have arrears and will be taken to court shortly and i dnt think they will side with me this time, im just wondering if i will b able to get another mortgage in the future as i would like to own a home again later again in life, im even thinking just giving up and letting them take it without a fight as im struggling as i could only get a basic job. The big problem is i cant sell as i bought it off my local council 2 years ago and wouldnt be able to sell and clear the arrears and pay back the discount.
any help would be great

Suggestions to promote fast sale of house?

We are trying sale a house in Neosho Missouri and relocate to Arkansas. I already have a job and am in Arkansas, but my husband isn’t. Its not a fancy house, but it is a nice house with a lot of possibilities. The market is slow and so far we haven’t had any luck. We’ve had it up for sale by owner for about 6 weeks. We had it up for sale with a realtor for about 3 months last spring. Does anyone have any suggestions at all as to how to hurry along the sale of this house? We’re desperate….We’ll try anything…..

My question is, if they make me an offer that is less than what I owe to the mortgage company, what happens to the remainder of the money? I thought perhaps they would refinance the remainder, but at that point I’d have nothing as collateral. Does anyone know?
I am looking at trying to sell my home because my husband lost his job three months ago. With no prospects in the horizon, and only one income I am able to handle the other bills, but not able to pay the mortgage at the same time. I never thought I would find myself in this position so, I’m just looking at all options to figure out which one will cause the least damage to our credit.

Well, here’s the idea “my plain” I want to put up my house somewhere in February 10, (next year) and sell it before my kid goes to school the next year after. So I want to sell it during the summer QUICK! Is that possible? And also, how long does it take to move your job to one city to another? Please answer these questions reasonably thank you!

How long does a house take to sell?

China is planning an assault on America with low cost vehicles?

Patents and ideas stolen from American owned factories. Are we just going to let this happen? Yes we are.
Wal Marts possibly selling hybrid cars from China.
I can’t see why people complain about taxing the rich. Do you realize what they are doing? Our rich business men are simply giving us to China. They aren’t patriots.
Is the future job of Americans the military then Wal Mart? Does no one see this war we are having with China, these debts, these loans?
Candy, they are planning to sell the vehicles so they can control another portion of our economy… See where I am getting at?
They send spies into Ameican owned factories in China to steal ideas. Yeah yeah, they are patented ideas, but guess what? They don’t care.
It’s a planned assault. They want our car companies to go out of business so they become the leader in auto dealing.
