Can i sell my house whilst i am in arrears with mortgage lender, I also have a secured loan on house and am in arrears with that too
Even if we do sell i dont think we would make enough to pay off both mortgage and secured loan, what would happen then?How do i go about getting a short sale? Who do i contact?
Is this short sale available in Scotland? And what is a realtor i can seem to find any when i search.

Building a lake house. trying to sell a house?

We have a GREAT house now – it is beautiful. We want to build a house on a lake and we have the lot and a plan that we like. Our house has been on the market for 3 months and we took it off for the winter. It is now time to put it back on again. Any suggestions to get this house to sell quicker? Should we start building the other before selling this one? We are worried about the market conditions etc. ALSO – do you think incentives like “furnished media room included with full price offer” will help to sell the house????? Any other incentives that you can think of?

Can you resell a car 2 days after buying it?

I sold my van to this guy, signed the title and wrote a bill of sell. Now 2 days later i see it a block from my house for sale. Can he sell it so fast? I thought you had to wait till you get the new title? Which is 4 weeks normally.
